I really focused on big exhales to maintain my breathing. I was sweating within five minutes and could barely catch my breath. Before I knew it, I was jumping and kicking and shuffling side to side throughout my apartment. but my enjoyment didn’t last for very long. I definitely felt my heart racing and I enjoyed the upbeat start. The first workout I tried was very intense.
